What the requirements mean for your PC

Most PCs can run it

The minimum is light: a GTX 1660 or RX 5500 XT from 2019, a 4-core processor and 8 GB of RAM. Most gaming PCs from the last five years are at the minimum or better. If you play at 1080p, an RTX 2060 Super, RTX 3060, RX 5700 or RX 6600 is enough for High settings at 60 FPS.

Why does 4K need an RTX 4080?

The jump from 1440p (RTX 3070) to 4K (RTX 4080) is big, because the 4K tier also moves from High to Ultra. You do not need 4K Ultra to enjoy a 2D platformer: 1440p High on an RTX 3070-class card already looks great. If you have a 4K monitor and a mid-range card, try 4K with DLSS or FSR on Performance and High settings.

Upscaling is on at every tier

RAM: dual-channel matters
